Emotional, Ecstatic, Party
Connor and Lexie’s wedding at the Weinberg at Wixon Valley wedding venue outside of College Station, Texas. It was emotional, exciting, ecstatic, and for lack of a better word – incredibly hype. They planned for an outdoor ceremony overlooking the lush vineyard, but shortly after arriving, the weather turned south, and they had to move everything inside. Sometimes I forget it rained on their day because everything that followed fell perfectly into place and ended up being exactly what was supposed to happen.
The beauty in making wedding films is finding the narrative core of the day, and the core of this wedding is so special. Since a lot of their day didn’t go to plan, their film takes a few unexpected turns as well. I hope you can feel the excitement and love as the film carries you through their day. I am so grateful to have played a part in it.
